Ever.......

So that we don't have too many users in one or two packs or even three packs and not the other(s) I'm making this new rule!

every pack needs to be close to even...
and to do this here is a system that will help keep it even:
Each pack needs to have three users in it!
if they get to three then they are 'full' and no one can join it so another pack will have to be joined.
then it will be 6, then 9, then 12, and so on...

EX:
Let's say this is how many members are in the packs:
Mist-3
Fire-2
Ice-3
Sunset-3

then all are full exept for fire

then maybe later this is how many:
Mist-5
Fire-6
Ice-6
Sunset-4

then 1 spot in mist is open and two in Sunset!

here are the number of members in each pack:
Mist-2 (1 spot open)
Fire-1(2 spots open)
Ice-2(1 spot open)
Sunset-2 (1 spot open)
